Digitalisation of workflows for Velove

Velove, a sustainable last mile transport company, managed its scheduling and time reporting in Google Sheets and Forms. To streamline the process, a digital platform was built to handle scheduling, reporting and data analysis. The system was later expanded to include automated planning, payments and bonus structure.

From spreadsheets to smart scheduling – Veloves Riders App

In just ten days, a web-based scheduling app was built for Velove, replacing manual workflows in Google Sheets. The new solution became a foundation for further digitalisation and automation of Velove’s operations.

The project required expertise in digital product development, UX design, backend and frontend development, and automated scheduling. Humblebee provided product development and UX design, while Yalta provided the technical architecture and development.

Final result

The new scheduling app was launched in just ten days, replacing Velove’s manual spreadsheets with a smart, digital solution. The platform enabled more efficient scheduling and time reporting, as well as automation of processes that previously required manual handling. The scalable solution continues to evolve with new features to improve Velove’s operational efficiency.
